Dr Rob Hepburn | Dr Tony Morris

On arrival for an appointment please check in with the receptionist by giving your name and the name of the doctor or nurse you are seeing.

This is very helpful to the staff to get to know you and may reduce your waiting time.

We provide a large waiting area for patients and try to keep this area comfortable and tidy. Magazines are provided and are updated regularly.

Toys are not provided. Parents are asked to look after their children to ensure they are not causing a disturbance to other patients. Due to the nature of this business we often have people who are unwell waiting to see the doctor.

If everyone takes personal responsibility to help prevent the spread of bugs it is much better for us all.  Hand gel and masks are provided. If you need a mask please place on your face to firmly cover your nose and mouth when you arrive and place in the rubbish bin by the door as you leave.

Cough Etiquette: It is very simple, if you have a cold or flu please do not cough or sneeze without covering your mouth and nose. Tissues are available at reception and a rubbish bin is provided in the waiting area. Hand washing facilities are available in the patient toilet and gel wash is available on the reception desk.

If you have recently returned from overseas or been in contact with someone who has and you have flu like symptoms please advice the receptionist when you phone for an appointment so that an assessment can be made to see if it is appropriate for you to be waiting in the waiting room for your appointment.

Vomiting: Should you or a family member be coming in with a vomiting type illness please bring a container with you. If after you have arrived and feel the need please ask reception for a container. It is much easier than having to clean up after an accident.
